Sareeze.in Cancellation Policy

At Sareeze.in, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window

  • For Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

  • For Express Delivery Orders: Once an express delivery order is placed, it is processed immediately. Please inform us within 2 hours if you wish to cancel. After that, cancellations are not allowed.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: If you cancel within the allowed time, a full refund will be Processed and credited to your original payment method within 0–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: There are no charges for cancellations within the allowed time.

Order Already Dispatched?

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to refuse delivery. In such cases, only shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
